Why a new website was needed?

Last update of the website was at 2016, but with the growing offering from Swish and changed behavior of users, the need to review and update the website arose.

  • Mobile platform visits surpassed the desktop, while the website was not mobile friendly
  • Existing structure and navigation of the website was not flexible with the expanding services
  • Target audience for each page was not clear, which made it difficult to find the needed information
